LEPS TRAINING PROVIDER'S RPL '19

RPL CETA awarded  Leps Training the contract to rec 60 participants for RPL in the following trades: Plumbing, carpentry, painting, bricklaying and plastering. A total of 45 participants has completed the process in all trades except plastering. However, the learners who completed their RPL trades received their statements of achievements.

BRICKLAYING RPL LEARNERS

We always go beyond the limits when it comes to quality production. After the theory classes of RPL, we took all the unemployed learners to our sites and tested their skills/experience. As for those who're already working at the site, we had to visit the sites and also made sure they were skilled.

We had several challenges of few learners who had to drop out due to their distant working site, out of town. We quickly had to recruit other learners who were available to pass on this opportunity.

Plaster at Lepholletse's Guest house

Leps Training Provider is a very committed and reliable organisation. We supplied the best facilitators, transportation for unemployed learners to and from the sites, provide lunch for them out of company's expenses to provide quality service, regardless how small the project is.
